I married my best friend, Jessica, in 2012. Since then, we’ve moved from Chicago to Dallas, bought a home and welcomed two beautiful kids.
My family is my foundation. My love for them is what drives me.
I’ve been through some stuff. Mental health struggles, career burnout, and cancer forced me to slow down and transform my life.
My life has never been more intentional and fulfilling. And I want to pay my happiness forward.
Since financial planning is a big part of this, I can leverage my experience and knowledge to help you do the same.
Career
For years, I was incentivized to sell investment products I didn’t use myself. I struggled. It’s hard to sell things you don’t believe in.
But I still received mentorship from some pretty brilliant people in the investment world.
Oddly enough, the most important thing I learned is you don’t have to be brilliant to be a great investor. That’s just something they want you to believe, to justify their high fees.
Lessons learned should be lessons shared, so I started my own firm. That I do believe in.
Previously, I spent over a decade in a consultative role with financial advisors at all the major Wall Street firms, educating them on various investment solutions for their clients.
I then spent two years directly advising clients for one of the largest Registered Investment Advisers in the world. I advised just under 200 high-net-worth clients, while overseeing more than $200 million of invested assets.
